Procedure

  1. Combine Blue Curacao, orange juice and calamansi juice.
  2. Place mixture on bottom of glass.
  3. Top with Ice.
  4. With a barspoon, gently top with coconut water.
  5. Top with soda water.
  6. Garnish with an orange wheel and cherry.

 

Note: You may premix the curacao, juice and coconut water and top of with soda or follow the above instructions to form a gradient.
