Procedure

1. Brew tea by boiling water and then steeping the tea bag for about 5 - 8 minutes. Set aside.
2. In a tall glass, fill the bottom with mango boba, then top with nata de coco and finally with sago. Set aside.
3. Combine brewed tea, syrup, salt and coco mama with ice in a shaker and shake vigorously.
4. Place shaken tea on glass with bits and top with ice.
5. Garnish with fresh mango bits and a fanned mango slice.

Note: 

• You may adjust your sweetness by adding or lessening the syrup.
• You may adjust the tea strength by adding more tea bags.
