Procedure

Muddle together the sugar, mint leaves, and lime wedges in a tall glass. Add the ice and top with Vita Coco coconut water and splash of soda water. Stir well.
(Optional) Add the tomatoes and cook at low heat for about 5 minutes.
Garnish with lime wedge.
