Procedure

 

  1. Combine and boil coconut sugar, water, salt and pandan leaf until syrupy, about 5-10 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes and add in the pandan extract. Let cool completely.

  2. In a glass, place 1-2 tbsp of cream of corn at the bottom.

  3. Place 1-2 tbsp (or to taste) of coconut-pandan sugar syrup.

  4. Top with 1-2 tbsp of nata de coco bits.

  5. Fill glass with ice.

  6. Top off with the coconut milk.

  7. Garnish with a pandan leaf and decorative st
