Recipe tips

Any leftover cooked pasta and sauce should be stored separately. Cool completely. toss leftover pasta in little oil, store in an airtight container and chill for3-5 days or freeze fort-3 months.Cool sauce completely and put in portion controlled airtight containers. Keep chilled for 3-5 days and frozen for up to 3 months.For a completely assembled dish, keep it in the chiller fort-3 days after it has cooled completely. Storing in the freezer should prolong life up to 1 month.


Procedure
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a stockpot, heat butter then sauté onions and garlic. Add in carrots and celery and cook until tender.
  3. Add in Argentina Corned Beef. Cook for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in the tomato sauce and chicken stock. Season with sugar and pepper.
  5. Add in the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  6. Transfer macaroni to a baking dish. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese turns golden brown. Cook for a few minutes.
