Procedure

  1. Sauté Onion until translucent, then add garlic. Saute for 2 minutes
  2. Add 500g unmeat. Sauté well until brown.
  3. Add 3 tbsp tomato paste, distribute well into the meat, then add 1 pc bay leaves.
  4. Add water. Wait for the water to boil, then add potatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add carrots, followed by green peas.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
